Bananas are long curved Fruits that turn yellow when ripe, and a soft pulpy flesh Bananas are beast when it comes to packing potassium, vitamin B6, and vitamin C. Those 92 minerals I spoke of early, well you can mostly contributed that to the sea moss. What can I say about sea moss? Lots! Lol.. but for now I’ll just tell you that it helps •joint pain •arthritis •erectile dysfunction •stress •anxiety •improves hair and skin Strawberry and banana sea moss items: Strawberries Bananas Sea moss Spring water Limes Cinnamon sticks Blender Strainer Process: Rinse 4 ounces of dried sea with fresh spring water. Sit the sea moss in a bowl. Pour spring water in the bowl that has sea moss in it. Just enough spring water to massage the moss and get it all moist again. Take this time to pick off any undesirables that you may find on it. If it’s wild crafted sea moss from clean Caribbean water it shouldn’t have much sand or debris in it.
