Getting older can cause erectile dysfunction, make it easier to lose an erection, and also make your erection feel softer. As we age, bodies naturally change, and so do erections. In this video, I cover how getting older impacts your sexual function and why: - You may need more stimulation to get aroused - It may be easier to lose an erection and more difficult to get it back - The angle of your erection may have changed - The force and volume of ejaculation may be less than you remember - It may be harder to achieve an orgasm, or you may not be able to cum - You may have to wait longer to get another erection after cumming But here’s the good news: just because your erections have chilled out doesn’t mean you can’t still have a deep and pleasurable sexual experience. You're still capable of giving and receiving pleasure, even if your penis doesn't function the same way it once did. With age, both biological and psychological factors play an important role in sexual functioning and sexual satisfaction. Pleasure can come in many different forms, even if you're experiencing erectile dysfunction.
