What Adderall *actually* does for people with ADHD. It doesn’t make ADHD go away, it just makes it more manageable. We still need accommodations to succeed. The point of this is NOT that people should move to another room. It's that invisible disabilities need accommodations, too. In this example, the ADHDer is at the only table in the house. The person on the phone can talk in any room. The ADHDer can only study in that room. PLEASE DO NOT GET HUNGUP ON THE EXAMPLE! It's more about the lesson than the specific example.
